Terms of Service

By engaging ECMS and Spare Parts Ltd for ECU/ECM repair, diagnostics, or spare parts supply, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We provide ECU/ECM/monitor diagnostics, repair, and programming, along with supply of heavy machinery spare parts, for brands including Caterpillar, Komatsu, JCB, Hitachi, Hyundai, and Liebherr.

Quotes are provided in Kenya Shillings (KSh) and are estimates based on the information and symptoms you describe. A final price is confirmed after physical diagnostics, and we will seek your approval before proceeding with any repair beyond the initial assessment.

Our standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from receipt of your unit, with expedited/emergency service available on request. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on parts availability and the complexity of the fault.

Repairs carried out by ECMS and Spare Parts Ltd are covered by our warranty against the specific fault repaired. The warranty does not cover new physical damage, water damage, misuse, or faults unrelated to the original repair. Warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Payment is due upon completion of the repair and before the unit is shipped or released, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are responsible for securely packaging your unit for shipment to us. We take reasonable care in packaging units for return but are not liable for damage caused by third-party couriers in transit.

ECMS and Spare Parts Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of use or downtime of machinery — arising from our services, beyond the cost of the repair itself.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
